If a coworker sent you an invite and you encountered issues joining the team, here are some common solutions to help you resolve the problem.

I cannot access the team using the invite

Ensure you're logging in with the email to which the invitation was sent. If the issue persists, please contact our support team using the chat bubble at the bottom right corner of your screen.

I don’t see the repository I’m looking for

Generally, this means the role assigned to you is limited to a specific set of repositories. You should ask your team’s owner(s) to update your access.

I cannot edit the repo content

If you see the “View Only” badge present in the header that means your role is “Viewer” and you don’t have edit permissions, similar to the repositories scope, the team owner is responsible for assign and update your role.
