Most commonly you’ll need to do a repo transfer if you want to share a repository in your personal team with others, to hand-off a repo to a client or simply re-organize repositories between BaseHub teams.

To transfer a repository, navigate to the team dashboard where the repository is located. Click on the context menu of the repository card, and select

Transfer
Transfer Ownership. Then, choose the target team from the list. Please ensure that you are a member of the target team, at least with the role of “member,” to perform this action.

If your goal is to share your repository without providing edit permissions, you might consider making it public instead. Learn how here.
